be business minded and profitable
have a healthy attitude about work
be wise in planning ahead
be unselfish and generous to help others
be positive and optomistic
give faithful instruction
speak wisdom

CHARM AND BEAUTY ARE ON THE SURFACE BUT A WOMAN WHO REVERES THE LORD WILL BE PRAISED.
